This is the first photo composite version of the Hair Monster that I created. There is no monster costume, but multiple hair pieces that are photographed in order to composite in post production. This process makes creating this work location limited, as well as challenging and time consuming.
2. This shows some of the process to take photos for post production compositing. As you can see, a costume would be necessary to create this work in public spaces.
3. This is another experiment of this character in a out door setting. Like the first image, this is a composite image. Full costumes would allow me to focus my efforts on more interesting compositions and more complex lighting.
